Bresnan @home technical support:
Phone: 1-888-BRE-SNAN (273-7626)
Location: Bay City Michigan
E-Mail: support@bresnanlink.com
Description:
If you are having physical problems, these people cannot help you. All they can do
is generate trouble tickets and boost the priority to "Critical". They
cannot verify if a technician has looked at or is working on it. If you are having
physical problems (ie. service doesn't connect, slow line speeds) I would suggest calling
the local office after you call the Bay City number at least once (follow the procedure so
that you can cover all your bases). I have the number for the Madison @home local
office but I'm unsure if this is a public number. Therefore, you should look up
Bresnan in the phone book and ask to speek to a cable modem rep.
Cable Regulatory Coordinator for Madison WI (Michelle Rebholz)
Phone: (608)261-9115
Location: City of Madison, WI
E-Mail: mrebholz@ci.madison.wi.us
Description:
A city employee who's job it is to make sure the cable companies are living up to there
promises and are servicing it's customers to a satisfactory level. Call her if you
cannot get a credit that you feel you deserve or if your service is not up to par.
She is keeping an active log of all complaints so that she can bring that to an open board
meeting with Bresnan@home.
Micheal DeMarco (bresnan manager)
Phone:
Location: New York (city?)
E-Mail: home@bresnan.com
Description:
Well, not much help. You can send a complaint that why but all you'll get
is a form letter indicating that more T1's are coming. I'm tempted to send a message
to that address saying "My mom is a sheep" and seeing if it's just an
autoresponder. It is monitored by technical support though, so someone will see your
complaint.
