Short story even shorter, no on shows up. What does show up is a bill for $150, which has been withdrawn from my credit card. Isn’t that nice? I get charged full price for a defective service. Not only that, but I enrolled during a period where installation is half off and the first month is free. So that bill should only be $50. And it shouldn’t start until my service isn’t defective. I also think that I’ve probably spent at least two hours of time on the phone, and my time is worth probably $10/hour, I’ll have to see about a credit. At this point I want to be the biggest thorn in this companies side. I’ll call billing on Monday.
